Advanced technologies help with early detection of problems
Problems that're detected early can usually be resolved faster and at lower cost. Imagine
spending 45 minutes for getting a big cavity fixed, versus 15 minutes for a very small one.
We do a detailed exam using some of the
latest technologies like digital x-rays, laser cavity detector and intra-oral camera.
- Laser cavity detector - electronic device, capable of finding extremely
small cavities that may not be detectable using X-rays. In this painless, no-X-ray process, Dr. Sharma
scans your mouth with the pencil-sized instrument. The hi-tech system sends laser signals
that can detect cavities
so small that we may be able to fix them using just an air-abrasion system - without any
shot or drill !

State-of-the-art Digital X-ray system - helps us project x-rays on a computer screen, where
the x-ray can be magnified. This advanced, environment-friendly system works with upto 90% less
radiation.

Intra-oral camera - high resolution digital camera. Dr. Sharma uses this to take
pictures of your
teeth, and highly magnified images are projected on our computer. These
high resolution images help us detect problems in their early stages.

- Ultrasonic Scaler -
We use advanced ultrasonic scalers for a comfortable yet thorough cleaning. Energy released

the cleaning truly effective.
- Intra-oral camera - Using our high resolution camera we show you
areas of your mouth that are prone to plaque accumulation. Magnified images of your teeth
are projected on a flat screen where we
can explain things in detail.
